Colour Deep rich purple.

Nose Complex aromas of dark chocolate, coffee and ripe blackberry.

Palate Spicy and full bodied, ripe cherry, dark chocolate and coffee on well balanced tannins, showing sensitive use of French Oak Barriques, with 20% American Oak used in this wine. The finish is our typical regional spice, with a lingering fruity, dry, finish.

Cellaring Potential Will age well for many years until 2020 and beyond, as many of our Trevelen Farm Reserve Shiraz do. We recommend decanting prior to serving.
